Returns

You may return new, unused items in resalable condition with no damages or stains in its original product packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If you need to return an item, please notify us via email and if approved, we will send instruction on how to return or exchange. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Exchange

You may exchange new, unused, items in resalable condition with no damages or stains in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery once you have notified us at Greetings@alaniluxury.com. Buyer pays for shipping to send the new item. 

 

Shipping

We ship domestically. For international orders please send us an email so that we can give you a quote on shipping to your specific location. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

Shipping: Our average shipping time in the U.S. is 4 business days depending on the order’s destination. Outside of the U.S., shipping time is about 6 to 14 business days depending on the location.

• International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.  

Estimated Delivery: This is the total time it takes to receive your order after we fulfill and ship it.

Due to COVID-19 fulfillment times on some items are longer than usual as we work to keep our team safe and healthy during this time. Please see the current time below.

Shirts and Tote Bags:  18 to 23 business days.

Neck Gaiters: 5 to 8 business days.

Face Masks: 2 to 4 business days.

Hats: 15 to 20 business days.
